Jonathon Ginns, ACON Investments

Jonathan Ginns is a founding partner of ACON Investments. Prior to founding ACON Investments, Mr. Ginns served as the Senior Investment Officer for the Global Environment-Emerging Markets Fund, part of the GEF Funds group. Mr. Ginns was also previously a Senior Consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton in its International Strategy Practice group. Mr. Ginns serves on the Board of Directors of Tropigas, Mariner Energy, Signal International, Optimal Robotics Corporation (OPMR), and The Commonwealth Broadcasting Corporation.  Mr. Ginns holds a B.A. from Brandeis University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School



Mark Bidner, Hollywood Capital


Mark Bidner is the acting Chairman and CEO of Anodyne Medical Device, Inc.  Mr. Bidner is also currently the Chairman of Hollywood Capital, Inc., a private investment and consulting firm based in Los Angeles, California and has consulted for a number of private companies and leading private equity and investment firms including Aurora Capital Group and Cerberus Capital Management.
